Responsibilities * Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems * Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections * Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment * Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals * Communicate findings and recommendations to customers * Complete service documentation accurately and professionally * Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety standards Qualifications * HVAC service and repair experience required * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills * EPA Certification preferred * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Experience with residential and light commercial systems preferred Compensation & Benefits * $25-$45 per hour based on experience * Full-time, permanent employment * Consistent year-round work * Overtime opportunities available * Company vehicle provided * Health, dental, and vision benefits * Paid holidays and PTO * Retirement savings program * Ongoing technical training * Career growth opportunities Why Apply?
