You also have the patience to explain the process, answer questions and update documentation.You will provide treatment and personal care services to our residents by performing the following duties:Administers prescribed medications and treatments.Completes all required documentation in a timely manner.Administers, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit.We are offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.Job RequirementsLicensed Practical Nurse degreeActive Minnesota license in good standingStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcomeSt. Francis Nursing Home is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility attached to CHI St. Francis Health acute hospital and Primary Care and Walk-in Clinic providing quality nursing care to residents in and around Breckenridge, MN.
