Shore Lodge in McCall, Idaho, is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager to support the Front Office team in delivering Forbes/AAA 4-star service. You will uphold policies, train staff, and ensure cohesive operations across Front Desk, Security, Night Audit and Reservations to delight guests. You will lead by example, manage shifts, monitor service levels, and contribute to budget goals while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment that encourages guests to return and recommend Shore Lodge. #J-18808-Ljbffr Whitetail Club
