Partner closely with the Clinical Director to assess eligibility and suitability of clients for hospice services. Coordinate care, ensuring patients’ comfort and quality of life remain paramount. Deliver top‑notch nursing care rooted in proven principles and techniques. Educate and advocate for patients and families, encouraging participation in personalized care plans. Participate in call duties, providing support when needed. Qualifications Hold current unencumbered RN license. Minimum one year experience as an RN in a medical‑surgical/acute care setting; hospice experience a plus. Computer proficient in typing and various programs, including EMR. Possess current CPR certification if required by state. Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation. Pay $38.00 – $44.00 per hour (average pay range). The pay range listed is a general guideline and is not a fixed offer.
