Byron Center, MI | $24.00–$32.00 per hour B Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | 10% premium C Shift: Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | 36 hrs, paid for 40 | 10% premium Job Duties Operate CNC Swiss, Mill/Turn, and CNC lathes. Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Read blueprints and understand GD&T. Monitor machines and maintain quality. Make basic adjustments and report issues. Follow safety and production procedures. Requirements 2+ years of CNC machining experience. Strong CNC machining background. Swiss or multi-axis experience preferred. Strong GD&T and math skills. Blueprint reading and precision measurement experience.
