Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time Employment Type: Part Time. Location: CA - Simi Valley. Join ActionLink as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Simi Valley, CA 93065 and surrounding area. Enhance the Retail Experience, One Display at a Time! Responsibilities Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays. Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Provide same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit. Work up to 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with no weekends or evenings. Potential for additional hours if covering larger regions or traveling. Compensation & Perks General merchandising projects paid at $20.00 per hour. Additional technical projects available at higher rates, based on need. W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit. Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage assistance. Paid training time to prepare you for program success. Accrued PTO hours every week you work. Qualifications & Requirements Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable. Versatile in handling all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory. Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams. Independent and collaborative: comfortable working independently and with a small team when needed. Tech‑ready: internet access, basic hand‑held tools, Wi‑Fi/GPS‑enabled smart device with latest OS update; laptop/desktop access is a plus. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; must use vehicle to perform job responsibilities. Physical ability: stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance. We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
