Payroll AdministratorAdminister payrolls in multi-currency, multi-entity environment.Role AccountabilitiesEnsure gross and individual payrolls are accurate and timely, in coordination with US and foreign external payroll providersEnsure accurate employee benefit information is recorded and updated as necessary in payrollEnsure the accuracy of information submitted to, and received from, service providersAudit overtime and special pay as scheduledPrepare variance analysis reports prior to finalization of each payrollManually record foreign payrolls to general ledger as necessaryEnsure IRS and state regulations are applied correctly to the payroll in coordination with the external payroll providerResearch and resolve federal and multi-state tax and reporting issues for payroll and benefitsPrepare and process payroll for all foreign legal entities where necessaryReconcile key balance sheet accounts on a monthly basisProvide requested data for year-end external audits and tax filingsDocument payroll related processes through flow charts and other approved methods and update them periodically with changesIdentify and recommend internal controls in payroll related areasMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive payroll informationTest and implement 3rd party payroll changes and update work instructions accordinglyGeneral Employee AccountabilitiesBring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by managerGive manager best adviceGive earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specifiedCooperate and collaborate with peers and interact cross-organizationally as specified by managerExemplify Company Core Values: Integrity, Client Focus, Team Orientation, and Personal CommitmentComply with all Company policies, practices, and procedures and all regulations and lawsRecommend viable improvements proactivelyEnsure effective utilization of business tools and processes
