POSITION SUMMARY: We’re hiring Digital Marketing Analysts for start dates between March and August 2026. In this role, you’ll specialize in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and AI Engine Optimization (AEO). The AI and Search Engine Optimization Analyst is responsible for improving web, Google, and AI search performance for clients through optimizing existing website content, creating SEO-focused content, improving the technical health of websites, and developing new digital marketing strategies. Here\'s what the responsibilities look like: Perform keyword research for clients to identify top AI and search engine opportunities Perform competitive and market research to identify top search opportunities for clients Create, execute & manage day-to-day organic search projects such as metadata optimization, keyword research and on-page copy optimizations. Perform website audits to identify technical issues and opportunities across clients Update or create SEO-focused content for clients website Develop reports to analyze SEO efforts and success using tools such as SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and others and more! REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Finance, etc.) 3.5 GPA or higher Ability to work in the office in Atlanta Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Google Analytics Certified Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager Experience working with website platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce Knowledge of current and developing digital marketing trends and best practices Professional experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or similar COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Competitive salary plus performance incentives Participation in company health insurance & 401k plans after60days of full-time employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
