Property Controller - Multi-Family Finance Leader

Ari Apartment Management in Greensboro, NC seeks a Controller to lead day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of multi-family properties, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls. You will partner with operations to drive scalable processes, mentor property accountants, and support year-end close and tax reporting.

Bachelor’s in accounting, Excel proficiency, and accounting systems experience are required; CPA preferred.
