Qualifications

• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related field
• Eligible for Ohio medical license
• Comfortable in high-volume urgent care setting

Provide urgent care services in a combined Urgent Care and Family Practice setting. The role includes evaluating and treating a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries, performing initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring timely documentation. Providers will see approximately 30 patients per day and participate in Antibiotic Stewardship.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (8am8pm)
• 67 shifts per two-week pay period (shared rotating weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $354K first year depending on your selected pay model
• Option #1: $285K or more for experience, guaranteed for 2 years, with ability to transition to wRVU model when exceeding targets
• Option #2:$$354K, guaranteed for 1 year, then transition to wRVU production model
• Call pay through CERP program
• Salary adjusted if not yet board certified (approximately 5% reduction until certification)
• Sign-on bonus up to $53K (approximately 15% of salary)
• Annual performance bonus up to $35K (10% of salary)
