Toyota of Tacoma is hiring a Cashier / Appointment Coordinator to support our busy service department.
This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys working with customers in a fast-paced environment.
No automotive experience requiredwe will train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and process service checkout
- Handle cash, card, and payment transactions accurately
- Schedule service appointments by phone and in person
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers
- Help keep the service drive organized and running smoothly
- Support the team with light administrative tasks

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to independently problem solve.
