This individual must combine their validated ability to collaborate and customer focused mentality with solid analytical and development skills to provide creative and complete solutions to complex business and technical problems!The Expertise & Skills You Bring3+ years of business or systems analysis experience (within financial services industry preferred)Derivative Trade Processing and Collateral Management domain expertise from a business and/or technologyExperience with Calypso Configuration & CATT toolExperience in defining clear and concise requirements for and providing support for Financial applicationsExperience with JIRA, Postman, Excel, SQL, and Microservices based applications preferredAbility to understand the technology and software architecture of an applicationStrong analysis skills, with a proven track record of delivery of sophisticated technology projectsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance related fieldGood interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills. You are a strong contributor with a dynamic work styleAbility to establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners and technologyConfident with having trade off conversations with business partnersA consistent track record of excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members across the organization
