Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on patient-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and families. Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in home health. CPR and First Aid certification required.
