The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, ensuring a structured yet flexible work schedule. You will have access to the latest rehabilitation technologies and resources that aid in the treatment and recovery processes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive initial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with patients' specific goals and medical histories.Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure that each patient receives personalized attention and care throughout their rehabilitation journey.Demonstrate a strong understanding of orthopedic conditions, applying this expertise to create effective treatment interventions that foster patient progress.Regularly evaluate and monitor patient outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.Guide and motivate patients and their families, helping them understand the recovery process and empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.Utilize EMR software, particularly WebPT, to document all treatment activities accurately and efficiently, ensuring exceptional patient records.Patient Population / Client FocusThe primary patient demographic at Beyond Therapy Center includes individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, orthopedic conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Our focus is on educating and engaging patients of all ages to enhance their functional capabilities while minimizing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.QualificationsA completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.An active and impeccable Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, free from sanctions or board proceedings.Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.Ability to develop and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and communication.A commitment to ongoing education and staying informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of experience providing outpatient physical therapy services.Specialization or certification in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred.A track record of successfully implementing individualized treatment plans that lead to positive patient outcomes.Compensation and BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
