Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring active TX or compact RN license and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.

Details

• Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN or NCC EFM fetal monitoring certification required
• Current NRP certification (Advanced 9th Edition) from the American Academy of Pediatrics required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to laboring and delivering patients in a Women's Services department
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
