Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Contact Center Support Specialist to provide employee support in a fast-paced HR service environment. This role focuses heavily on inbound employee support, payroll inquiry resolution, case management, and HR administrative assistance.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, prior contact center exposure, and the ability to resolve payroll and timekeeping-related employee inquiries efficiently. Experience using ServiceNow is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage high-volume inbound employee calls
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and internal HR teams
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and timekeeping questions
  • Create, track, and resolve employee cases using case management systems
  • Partner closely with Payroll teams for inquiry resolution
  • Process tuition reimbursement requests and employee verifications
  • Support policy acknowledgements, compliance questions, and HR administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel for daily communication and reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of HR support, contact center, or customer service experience
  • Prior experience handling inbound employee support calls
  • Experience resolving payroll-related inquiries and understanding payroll/timekeeping logic
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar case management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Spanish language skills highly preferred
  • Previous HR Shared Services or HR Contact Center experience'
