Position Overview Orangetheory Fitness is looking for passionate, high-energy Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. Our coaches bring energy, motivation, and expertise to every class, helping members push past limits and achieve results in a supportive group environment.

Day in the Life of a Fitness Coach

Lead and motivate members through pre-designed Orangetheory workouts

Deliver high-energy group training sessions while maintaining a supportive environment

Help members set and achieve personal fitness goals

Monitor member performance and provide form corrections when needed

Educate members on heart-rate based training and the science behind Orangetheory workouts

Demonstrate proper use of all studio equipment including treadmills, rowers, and weight floor exercises

Build relationships with members to create an engaging and welcoming studio community

Requirements

Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or other NCCA-accredited certification), or the ability to obtain one

CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to starting)

Strong communication and motivational coaching skills

Ability to lead high-energy group fitness classes

Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
