???? What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students
• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
• Support students with behavior, routines, and transitions
• Help reinforce IEP goals and learning strategies
• Track student progress and support classroom structure
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff

✅ What You Need
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to work in a classroom setting (standing, walking, light lifting as needed)
• A passion for helping students succeed

⭐ Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience working with children or in schools
• Special education or behavioral support experience
• Familiarity with IEPs or classroom support strategies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, dependable, and adaptable mindset

• Drug screening (if required by district)
• School-specific clearances
