FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Ex Position Summary The Supervisor of Inventory Control is accountable for the collaborative integration, implementation, and optimization of the MultiCare Supply Chain strategy for assigned location(s) in close coordination with Supply Chain leaders. The supervisor is responsible for Supply Chain inventory control, including implementing standardized system‑developed supply chain strategic plans and policies, overseeing related inventory control practices and functions (Inventory Management / Warehousing / Pars / JIT / LUM, POU), and directing inventory control staff. Responsibilities Integrate, implement, and optimize the MultiCare Supply Chain strategy for assigned locations. Implement standardized system‑developed supply chain strategic plans and policies. Oversee inventory control practices and functions, including Inventory Management, Warehousing, Pars, JIT, LUM, and POU. Direct inventory control staff and coordinate with Supply Chain leaders. Ensure compliance with inventory control standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Associate’s degree or two (2) years of experience in lieu of a degree. CMRP (Certified Materials Resource Professional) preferred. Minimum four (4) years of progressively more responsible experience in Supply Chain Management or Finance, with one (1) year in a healthcare setting. Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a lead or supervisory role. Experience with a computerized inventory management program preferred. Formal training in Lean / Six Sigma or similar process improvement programs preferred. Benefits Competitive salary range $82,888.00 - $119,288.00 USD. Medical, dental, and retirement benefits.
