Customer Service Representative

Position Customer Service Representative (Part‑time) – South Cherokee Veterinary Hospital, Woodstock, GA Responsibilities Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily front‑desk operations Check patients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate medical records Support the veterinary team in a fast‑paced environment Handle high‑volume client interactions and coordinate with veterinary software systems Qualifications Previous experience in veterinary medicine or veterinary front‑desk operations Strong passion for client communication and patient care Organized, dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask Availability to work 2–3 days per week, including rotating weekends Experience with veterinary software systems preferred Work Schedule Part‑time, 2–3 days per week with rotating weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
