Location: Hialeah, FL 33013 Start Date: ASAP; September 1 preferred Pay: $18$24 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Sales Support Specialist to assist with order processing, purchasing, inventory, and shipment coordination.

Responsibilities

• Place special-order purchases with regular and non-regular vendors.
• Enter and process sales orders and purchase orders.
• Manage POS inventory, shipment planning, and customer fulfillment.
• Coordinate orders with customers, warehouses, vendors, and carriers.
• Handle order inquiries, credits, claims, discrepancies, and shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized order and inventory records.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with sales orders, purchase orders, inventory, or logistics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experienced candidates may earn $21$24 per hour. Junior candidates with approximately 34 years of relevant experience may earn $18$20 per hour.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
