Service Advisor Position

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for customer service and organization? We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our Bretz RV & Marine team in Butte, MT. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth service operations, accurate work orders, and clear communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create work orders for sold, for-sales and customer units, including pre-delivery inspections.
• Maintain and update accurate documentation of work orders.
• Ensure all work orders are precise and complete.
• Review and order necessary parts for stock unit repairs and installations.
• Communicate professionally with staff, technicians, management and customers.
• Attend daily delivery meetings to provide updates on sold delivery units.
• Perform computer entry and closure of repair orders with all necessary information.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Compensation:

• Salary + Commission
• Averaging $45,000 to $60,000 annually

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• Saturdays on rotation

About Our Dealership

Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. Searching for a new camping trailer turned into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers.

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company.
