Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• Experience with Wellsky & Oasis EMR systems
• OASIS experience including SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge documentation

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Flexible, 5x8s or 4x10s
• Territory: Kitsap County, with primary coverage in North Kitsap including Poulsbo, Kingston, and Bainbridge, with occasional county-wide coverage
• Weekend rotation: No
• On-call requirements: No
