Position OverviewThe Marketing Assistant supports day-to-day marketing, outreach, and promotional activities. This entry-level role assists with preparing materials, communicating with customers, and supporting scheduled marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Prepare and organize marketing materials
- Support customer and community outreach initiatives
- Provide information about company services professionally
- Maintain organized marketing records and contact information
- Assist with scheduled promotional activities and events
- Gather customer feedback and relevant information
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with customers and the public
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous marketing experience is helpful but not required
