Job Description Job Description Assistant Property Manager – Phoenix, AZ 85015 Join our team as an Assistant Property Manager in Phoenix, AZ 85015! You'll support the Community Manager in daily operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations, helping ensure a smooth, welcoming environment for all residents and prospects. Key duties include showing apartments, processing applications, explaining leases, assisting with move-ins/move-outs, collecting rent, maintaining records, and coordinating maintenance and vendors. You'll also support marketing efforts and help enforce community policies and fair housing compliance. What We're Looking For: Prior property management experience; Yardi Voyager preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license, auto insurance, acceptable driving record High School diploma or GED Perks & Requirements: Competitive pay and leasing bonus Drug/alcohol-free workplace; background screening required Walk units, climb stairs, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs.
