We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Barber to provide top-notch barbering services to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and more. You will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism, ensuring every client leaves our barbershop satisfied and looking their best.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide excellent grooming services, catering to the individual preferences of our clients. Our barber is not only responsible for skillfully executing various cutting techniques but also for understanding and accurately interpreting client's preferences. Through your proficiency in grooming, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the overall success of our barbershop.
- Provide a variety of grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims, to clients.
- Assess clients' hair and skin condition before any procedure.
- Recommend suitable hair or skin care products to clients.
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction during and after the service.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques in barbering.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a professional barber or relevant role.
- Proficiency in various cutting techniques.
- Knowledge of men's grooming trends, hair and skin care products.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and deliver according to clients' preferences.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
