Why Drivers Choose Bob's OTR Drivers earn up to $0.85 CPM based on experience with a weekly average of $2,600+ in gross pay. Average 500+ miles per day. 75% Drop & Hook – All No Touch Freight. OTR Drivers can expect to be out for 4-6 weeks at a time. Consistent, year-round work. Brand new, modern equipment and safety-focused operations. Sign-On Bonus of up to $3,000. What You'll Do Operate a tractor with a 53-foot van trailer throughout designated regions across the country. Deliver freight from distribution centers to stores and depots. Complete routes consisting of 75% Drop & Hook freight, allowing you to spend more time driving and less time waiting. Maintain compliance with ELD requirements, vehicle inspections, DOT regulations, and company safety standards. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is operated safely. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL License. Minimum of 1 year of all-weather CDL A driving experience. Clean driving record with no major accidents. No alcohol or drug-related driving convictions. Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
