Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Marketing & Admissions Liaison to lead census-building initiatives for Grandview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic communicator who excels at relationship management. You will serve as the primary face of our facility within the local medical community, working directly at area hospitals to convert referrals into admissions. This role requires a blend of clinical bedside assessment skills and high-level marketing strategy to ensure Grandview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center remains the preferred choice for post-acute care.

Key Responsibilities

• Hospital Liaison & Onsite Assessments: Conduct daily onsite visits to key referral hospitals. Review clinical charts, perform bedside assessments, and determine the appropriateness of referrals for admission to Grandview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive partnerships with Hospital Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Physicians, and Social Workers to ensure a steady stream of high-quality referrals.

• Census Development: Execute strategic marketing plans to meet and exceed monthly admission and occupancy goals for the facility.

• Admissions Integration: Work closely with the internal admissions team to streamline the intake process, assist with insurance verifications, and conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.

• Community Outreach: Represent Grandview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at community events, networking groups, and professional seminars to increase local brand awareness.

• Data Reporting: Track and report referral trends, conversion rates, and competitor activity to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing or admissions, specifically within the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) industry.

• Referral Knowledge: Strong ability to read and interpret medical records-

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate clinical capabilities effectively to hospital partners and families in crisis.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PCC, Epic and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily to local hospitals and community partners.
