Registered Nurse - Night Shift 4x12This is a 13-week contract position for a Registered Nurse working in a challenging and rewarding environment. Embrace core values that prioritize teamwork, resourcefulness, and safety, fostering a workplace that supports both patient and staff well-being.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission.Develop individualized care plans based on assessment data and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record.Participate actively in the patient rehabilitation program, focusing on patient education and achieving quality outcomes.Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching upon admission, ensuring a smooth transition at discharge.Communicate effectively changes in patient status to support continuity of care.Provide direction and training to nursing support staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureBLS Certification required prior to first shift.ACLS required prior to first shift for specific locations.Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience highly desired.ScheduleThe position requires a night shift schedule of 4x12 hours per week, with expectations of working every other weekend and holiday.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
