American Family Care (AFC) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver comprehensive care in a fast-paced urgent care setting. You will assess patients, order tests, formulate diagnoses, and coordinate referrals to ensure efficient flow and high patient satisfaction.
