Lakeview Village is searching for caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Aides to join our excellent team of employees with a passion for nursing. Lakeview Village in Lenexa, Kansas is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community that offers long-term care, assisted living, sub-acute rehabilitation, and home health services. Job Details:

• The primary role of a Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide medical and physical care to the residents of the household/neighborhood to meet their daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level.
• The CNA must be willing to perform CNA duties in long-term care, assisted living, or sub-acute rehabilitation.

Shifts Available:

• 5 days/week with rotating weekends, 8-hour shifts:
• 6:15a-2:30p
• 2:00p-10:15p or 2:15p-10:30p
• Weekends: Every Saturday & Sunday from 6a-10:30p

Job Type: Full-time Only

Pay: Starting at $18/hour, based on experience

Sign On Bonus available! ($1,500-$3,000 bonus paid in quarterly installments over 1 year, full-time positions only)

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications & skills:

• Valid CNA certification in Kansas
• High School diploma or GED
• Current CPR certification
• Possesses and empathetic approach to the elderly
• Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.
