Surgical Technician

North Texas Float Pool seeks a Surgical Technician to support partner hospitals across North Texas. In this float role, you’ll prepare ORs, manage instruments, and assist surgeons across multiple specialties while upholding strict sterile technique and safety standards. You’ll adapt to varying workflows and teams, help with room turnover and counts, and support high-quality patient care during peak demand.
