Required Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of combined Salesforce Administration and Development experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I certifications highly preferred
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative automation tools such as Flows and Validation Rules
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
- Hands-on experience with data management, SOQL, SOSL, and troubleshooting API or middleware integrations
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce-specific integration tools and middleware
- Knowledge of advanced Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Experience with automated testing, release management, and deployment processes
