Registered Nurse Clinical Lead

Registered Nurse Clinical Lead Location: Columbus, Ohio (43228). Responsible for three offices: Big Run (4310 Clime Road, Suite B, Columbus, Ohio 43228), Grove City Stringtown (3667 Marlane Drive, Grove City, Ohio 43123), Grove City (3000 Meadow Pond Court, Suite 100, Grove City, Ohio 43123). Position Purpose Supervise all clinical staff and assist physicians with daily procedures and clinical tasks, providing patient care in an atmosphere sensitive to physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Act as a team-oriented leader accountable for delivering patient care using the Nursing Process, following organizational standards, procedures, and guidelines. Specialty: Primary Care. Hours of office: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. What You Will Do Oversee all clinical staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Assume responsibility and accountability for care provided and documented by other licensed and unlicensed caregivers. Educate patients and family members thoroughly about procedures, diagnoses, and disease processes. Assist with patient assessment, examinations, and treatments. Obtain medical records. Document accurately and completely in accordance with documentation standards, policies, procedures, and/or guidelines. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. In good standing with a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio. One year of experience in a medical office is preferred.
