Position SummaryAs a Manager in Advisory – Forensics & Restructuring, you will lead complex engagements involving fraud investigations, financial disputes, expert testimony and restructuring advisory. You’ll apply forensic accounting techniques to uncover facts, support litigation or regulatory matters, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. You’ll also assess and enhance compliance programs, identify fraud and misconduct risks, and support regulatory reporting. In addition, you’ll build strong client relationships, and mentor junior staff while contributing to practice development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Lead forensic accounting investigations, fraud risk assessments, and litigation support engagements.Manage restructuring assignments including insolvency analysis, turnaround strategies, and creditor negotiations.Supervise and mentor a team of associates and senior associates; provide performance feedback and career development guidance.Develop and maintain client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.Prepare and review detailed reports, presentations, and expert witness documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BPM to deliver integrated solutions.Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies.Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools, participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use, and consistently demonstrate alignment with BPM’s values.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA required; pursuit of CFE recommended.5–8 years of relevant experience in forensic accounting, restructuring, or advisory services.Prior experience managing direct reports and leading client engagements.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling.What you get: Total rewards package: from flexible work arrangements to personalized benefit structures and financial compensation options that give you choice and flexibility.
