Chestnut offers educational assistance for employees pursuing qualifying nursing degrees (restrictions apply).This position offers a consistent weekday schedule— Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays —providing excellent work-life balance.The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $18.00 - $20.50 an hour.ResponsibilitiesSupport medical staff in delivering patient care servicesAssist with patient admissions and intake processesSchedule appointments, greet patients, and prepare them for visitsCollect and document medical histories and patient informationAccurately record data in electronic medical record (EMR) systemsAssist providers during medical examinations and proceduresObtain and document vital signsCollect and process specimens as neededProvide health education and guidance to patients and familiesAssist patients with forms, documentation, and care coordinationPrepare communication and patient education materialsOperate mobile medical unit as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Successful completion of MA training program.Current CMA or CMOA certification.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record.Valid drivers license, private auto insurance, and ability to be insured.Are you intrigued by this job but don't meet every single requirement?
