Impactful Behavioral Health Intake Specialist
MHM Support Services
Mercy seeks a compassionate Intake Specialist to serve as the front door for behavioral health and substance use services in its Access Center. You will perform screenings, coordinate referrals, verify insurance, and support crisis evaluations to enable timely access to care.
You will gather clinical and demographic data, collaborate with physicians and care teams, educate patients and families, document accurately, and ensure quality and compliance.
