What You’ll Do Define and own the long‑term product vision, setting strategic direction for vehicle in‑cabin Occupant Protection across multiple product teams, safety and engineering, balancing business objectives, and regulatory compliance. Lead a cross‑functional team of stakeholders encompassing Legal, Design, Engineering, Program, and Product Managers to create intuitive customer experiences that meet customer and business needs. Actively monitor Safety Standards, incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform, define, prioritize, and drive execution of the product roadmap. Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) 5+ years working on technology‑powered digital products as a product manager. 3+ years of experience managing products focused on Occupant Protection and sufficient regulatory knowledge to have robust debates. Expertise in creating customer experiences using data and judgment to inform decisions. Well established skills in writing, with the ability to effectively balance and integrate vision, strategy, and technical details in a cohesive narrative. Strong verbal communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to all stakeholders. Proven ability to balance tradeoffs between consumer needs and expectations, legal and regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Ability to identify and drive the organization to generate key data and metrics to make sound decisions for customer experience and regulatory changes.
