Skillful Steps ABA is looking for a compassionate, BCBA Clinical Director who brings high energy to their job and is looking to make a difference in the lives of our clients & staff. About Skillful steps: At Skillful Steps ABA your child will receive personalized ABA therapy from one of our experts. Our main goal is to equip them with the needed skills to live an independent and fulfilling life.
Job Responsibilities:
BCBA will provide supervision on paraprofessionals.
BCBA will provide parent training.
BCBA will help recruit ABA therapists.
BCBA will conduct assessments regarding clients’ overall performance.
BCBA will design curricula, interventions, behavioral plans for individual clients based on results of assessments and data analysis.
Job Requirements:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
Health insurance options for full time employees.
Flexible hours during the day, afternoon and evening.
Competitive salary and compensation packages; Hourly, W2 or 1099.
