Data analysis and reporting skills with Excel and Tableau Secondary Skill Tertiary Skill Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant (technical) experience preferably within Global Markets or Global Banking domain Strong proficiency in utilizing data mining/analytics tools such as Toad, Excel, Tableau, SQL Strong proficiency in building and maintaining Tableau reporting from various sources Ability to effectively communicate complex technical messages and/or business policies horizontally and vertically through the organization General knowledge of bank/technical processes and tools including PPRT, CECE, TPAS, DART, POP, CIMA, etc. Ability to access data and perform independent research into data problems, determining root cause and proposing solutions Ability to think independently and recommend solutions Desired Qualifications Knowledge of core banking functions, processes, and operations Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management Standards Knowledge of TPAS, PPRT GCP AR Ability to communicate crisply and candidly, both orally and in writing At least five years of project management experience Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to drive collaboration and manage conflict Ability to adapt to frequent changes Potential to work on multiple projects/efforts simultaneously Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
