This hands-on, field-based role focuses on maintaining turf areas and overall property appearance across high-end residential landscapes.Working alongside a Crew Leader and team, you will help execute daily mowing routes efficiently while maintaining our standards for precision, cleanliness, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing clean, consistent results and enjoys working outdoors in a team environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform routine turf maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowingOperate commercial mowing equipment (walk-behind, stand-on, and/or ride-on mowers)Ensure clean, sharp lines and a polished finish on all propertiesFollow assigned routes and complete properties efficiently and on scheduleAssist with basic landscape upkeep such as debris removal and light bed maintenanceConduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance or repair needsMaintain clean and organized trucks and equipmentFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresRepresent the company professionally while on client propertiesQualifications:1+ year of experience in lawn maintenance or landscape maintenance preferredExperience operating commercial mowing equipment is strongly preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workReliable, punctual, and able to work well within a teamAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsValid driver’s license is a plus (if applicable)Bilingual in Spanish is a plusThe Perks401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA/HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Pay TransparencyMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
