The Locums Recruiter Associate will work proactively to grow our Locum Tenens service line by training with the Locums Recruiting team involved with initiating contact with physicians and introducing them to a locum tenens career with Aya Healthcare. Responsibilities Participate in comprehensive training to develop skills in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, submitting, and placing candidates Learn to source qualified leads through outbound calls, internet research, email outreach, and platforms such as job boards, licensing boards, alumni networks, LinkedIn, and social media Use internal databases and external tools to conduct outreach and build candidate pipelines under the guidance of experienced team members Make outbound calls using internal databases and external resources to identify, screen, and build Aya's provider pipelines Support recruiters by identifying and passing along qualified leads and assisting with candidate submissions for open roles Build and maintain professional relationships internally with team members and externally with potential candidates Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics with guidance and support Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment by staying organized, adaptable, and focused Bring a high-energy, competitive mindset with a strong desire to grow, learn, and advance within the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (any field of study considered) Strong drive and competitive mindset with a track record of personal or professional achievement Career-oriented with a demonstrated desire for growth and long-term advancement Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, performance-driven recruiting organization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a metrics-based environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn and be coached What We Offer Free premium medical, dental, life and vision insurance Generous 401(k) match Aya also offers other benefits to those that are eligible and where required by applicable law, including reimbursements and discretionary bonuses Aya provides paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws. The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
