DescriptionKforce has a client in need of a Director Insurance SW Platform Duck Creek in Charlotte, NC.Responsibilities:* Lead the enhancement and modernization of enterprise business applications to improve scalability, performance, and usability* Drive application reliability, availability, and operational efficiency through proactive monitoring and continuous improvements* Partner with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that support growth, process optimization, and customer experience initiatives* Oversee system integrations and data flow to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effective business operations* Support security, compliance, risk management, and business continuity efforts across critical applications* Champion automation, process improvements, and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle* Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to technical team members while fostering a collaborative and accountable cultureRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field* 5+ years of experience supporting, developing, or leading enterprise software solutions* Experience working with large-scale business applications in a regulated environment* Knowledge of software development methodologies, system integrations, and application lifecycle management* Familiarity with cloud technologies, automation practices, and modern development tools* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills* Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders* Industry experience within financial services, insurance, or other regulated sectors is a plusJob TypeDirect HireCompensation170000 - $205000
