Unit Manager (LPN or RN)

Overview Tattnall Healthcare Center in Reidsville, GA, has an opening for a LPN or RN Unit Manager. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities of this position include overall management of the day-to-day clinical operations and the nursing care that is delivered to the residents. Delegates the coordination and implementation of resident clinical services to appropriate staff. Follows established regulations mandated by the state, CMS, and policies/procedures established by the facility. Must be pleasant, respectful and courteous to resident, families, visitors and fellow employees at all times. Qualifications Current Georgia RN or LPN license in good standing Two or more years of nursing management experience Two or more years of experience in geriatric care Must incorporate all aspects of nursing in total resident care and in accordance to standards of care Be able to develop and implement systems to enable residents to meet their highest practicable level of functioning Must possess strong clinical and critical thinking skills Ability to perform all other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Tattnall Health Center
