Physical Therapist
SIOUX VALLEY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION in
Physical Therapist (Healthcare) Cherokee Regional Medical Center is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist interested in providing exceptional, patient-centered care. The department features a beautiful therapy gym, private treatment rooms, and a warm water therapy pool. Position: The position is 40 hours/week with rotating weekends every 6-8 weeks. Responsibilities Include: Administers physical therapy as directed and supervised by a licensed physical therapist in accordance with State of Iowa law. Works in a fast paced, rural health system seeing inpatients, outpatients and home health. Maintains timely progress notes for patients in accordance with hospital policy. Submits appropriate charges in electronic medical record system. Collaborates with hospital departments to deliver coordinated patient care. Qualifications Include: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association) State Licensure for Physical Therapist BLS #J-18808-Ljbffr SIOUX VALLEY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION in
