Respiratory Therapist PRN - Nights

Role: Respiratory Therapist II responsible for delivering advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessment in critical care settings. Responsibilities Include Performing ventilator management, weaning, airway management, and pulmonary diagnostics Collaborating with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Educating patients, families, and mentoring staff and students Ensuring patient safety through accurate documentation, medication safety, and quality improvement initiatives Assisting in invasive and non-invasive procedures, and participating in performance improvement activities Qualifications Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree Certifications: NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (all required upon hire) 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care Strong communication, critical thinking, assessment, and computer skills Key Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, patient education, and adherence to safety and quality standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cherry Hill Free Clinic
