Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants , led by James Beard Award-winning and Michelin-starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi , is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at Sfoglina Pasta House

We are looking for a confident, hospitality-driven leader who understands the standards of world-class service and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is an experienced restaurant professional who leads by example, develops and motivates their team, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Our managers play an important role in maintaining our standards of service, supporting our teams, and creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain and reinforce company standards for service, hospitality, appearance, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, service briefings, and ongoing team communication.
• Coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members through consistent feedback and training.
• Monitor the flow of service and proactively address guest and operational needs.
• Ensure opening, side-work, closing, and daily operational procedures are completed accurately and consistently.
• Partner closely with the culinary team to maintain strong communication, timing, and service standards.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively, using sound judgment to create positive resolutions.
• Support scheduling, labor management, inventory, cost control, and other operational responsibilities.
• Assist with maintaining restaurant profitability while protecting the quality of the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Help foster a positive, respectful, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management of restaurant employees.
• Act as a leader and ambassador of the Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants culture.

Benefits Offered:

• Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company subsidized health insurance. A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits. Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment. The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant Management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
• Finding solutions to any issues that arise and having excellent project execution
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
• Previous experience with Italian a plus
• Full time flexibility and availability to work
