Physician Neurology - Competitive Salary

Job Description

• Outpatient ALS office setting
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• 100% adult patient population
• 100% outpatient practice
• Average of 6-7 clinic patients per day
• EPIC EMR
• Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 waivers
• This is a full-time, permanent position that may require residency within the immediate local area.  Relocation may be required.  To be discussed at interview.

• Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Neurology or Palliative Care, Hospice, Physiatry, Internal Medicine, or Critical Care -  REQUIRED
  
• Active NY license (or in process) -  REQUIRED
• BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) -  REQUIRED
• Provider must be able to perform EMG/NCS and EEG (note in "Experience" field) -  REQUIRED
• Previous physician work experience (not including training) with ALS (note # of years in "Experience" field) -  REQUIRED
• Provider must be interested in providing general Neurological care (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) -  REQUIRED

Certification Requirements

• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified
• Board Eligible

State License Requirements

• New York

Additional License Requirements

• Provider must be able to perform EMG/NCS and EEG, Previous physician work experience (not including training) with ALS, Provider must be interested in providing general Neurological care
