Vice President of Operations

Leader in industrial manufacturing.

As the Vice President of Operations, reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will lead operational strategy and execution across engineering and production functions. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, innovation, and growth.

Lead and develop a high-performing, technically skilled operations and engineering team
Drive process optimization initiatives to improve production efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams to align delivery with market demand
Identify and execute strategies to expand market share and strengthen competitive positioning
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and external partners
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and implement best-in-class engineering practices
Oversee international collaboration, including regular travel to support operations across multiple sites

For the Vice President of Operations we are seeking:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline (MBA or Master's preferred)
Proven leadership experience within an engineering-led manufacturing environment
Strong background in fabrication, production processes, and operational optimisation
Experience driving performance improvements across cross-functional teams
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (essential)
Strong technical expertise, including familiarity with CAD and engineering systems
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on leadership and long-term planning
Willingness to travel domestic and internationally on a regular basis (up to 50%)
