As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary care to our residents. In this dynamic role, you will assist in the preparation and service of meals, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide support to our dietary staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and service of meals, including setting up and cleaning up after meals

• Maintain a clean and organized dietary department, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards

• Restock supplies and inventory, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained

• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure seamless meal service and meet resident dietary needs and preferences

• Provide support to the dietary staff, including serving meals, clearing tables, and assisting with laundry and other duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
